Terms and Conditions
Read carefully the following points before you continue.

• Cancellations received before August 28th, 2010 will be refunded minus a 20% processing fee. Please note that such refunds will only be processed after the conference.

• Cancellations received after August 28th, 2010 are non-refundable; however, sustitute attendees from the same organization are welcome.

• All cancellations must be send by writing to the Congress Secretariat to e-mail: seminardhsm2010@cmcevent.com


Credit Card Payment: The fee related to the category will be charged on your credit card in local currency, Chilean Pesos. Once the fee has been charged, you will receive a confirmation letter of your registration to the Congress.

Bank Transference Payment: This option is valid only for transference in Dollar currency. To facilitate tracking of your payment you must write your name in the transfer form. Please be aware that the participant is responsible for any charges incurred in preparing the bank transference. The Secretariat must receive the complete payment for the full amount of the category.
